Seahawks Service is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages including loss of business, revenue, or profits.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
If any part of this Agreement is found invalid, the remaining parts remain fully effective.

App updates may be required by third parties (Google, Apple, Payment Providers). Seahawks Service will deliver updates promptly to ensure uninterrupted service.
On 6 December 2021, the Divisional Court confirmed that in order to operate lawfully under the Private Hire Vehicles (London) Act 1998, when a licensed PHV operator accepts a booking from a passenger they automatically enter into a contract, whereby the operator has the obligation to provide the journey to the passenger.
